Man charged for sexual exploitation of children in Crawford County, GBI investigating

Derrick Sartain was booked at the Crawford County Jail and charged with four counts of sexual exploitation of children.

CRAWFORD COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Crawford County man was arrested and charged with sexual exploitation of children on July 24, according to a press release from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

The GBI’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes (CEACC) Unit began an investigation in May into 39-year-old Derrick Sartain’s online activity, which later led to a search warrant of his home and arrest.

Sartain was booked at the Crawford County Jail and charged with four counts of sexual exploitation of children.
