Man arrested in Macon for trafficking methamphetamine

32-year-old Tavish Faulks was arrested for trafficking methamphetamine on April 29 and additional charges are pending. 

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Bibb County man was arrested for trafficking methamphetamine in Macon, following a drug investigation by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).

32-year-old Tavish Faulks was arrested for trafficking methamphetamine on April 29 and additional charges are pending.

Following a 6-month investigation, the GBI assisted by Georgia State Patrol, conducted a traffic stop on an SUV occupied by Faulks. GBI agents seized about 9 ounces of suspected methamphetamine, 100 suspected fentanyl pills, about one-half ounce of suspected Marijuana, and 2 handguns.

Law enforcement executed a federal search warrant at an apartment associated with Faulks in the 5000 block of Houston Rd. Two additional guns were recovered at the apartment.

Faulks was booked at the Macon-Bibb County Jail.
