Man arrested for Dollar General Burglary, police looking for second suspect

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who robbed the Dollar General on Napier Avenue Monday morning.

According to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy noticed two men running from the front entrance of the store to a car.

The deputy followed the suspects and after while the suspects stopped the car, got out, and ran away.

Deputies arrested one of the suspects, but the other one got away.

Christopher Swain was charged with one count of second degree burglary, aggressive driving, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
