Man arrested at Hubbard Elementary School in Monroe County, charges pending

According to the news release, an unauthorized man was found walking on the campus of Hubbard Elementary School on March 31.

MONROE COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A man was arrested Monday morning after he was found walking on the campus of Hubbard Elementary School, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the news release, an unauthorized man was found walking on the campus of Hubbard Elementary School on March 31. The Hubbard administrative team was notified, and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office was contacted.

28-year-old Alex Ivery was taken into custody, and charges have not yet been released. Ivery is also wanted for outstanding warrants out of DeKalb County.

No one was injured during the incident.
