Man arrested after Burglary Attempt at a Macon Business

A man is behind bars after police say he attempted to steal a computer from the Care & Pain Management Institute.

Police arrived on the scene and found shattered glass. A review of video surveillance showed the crook breaking the door with a brick and attempting to steal a computer then he ran away.

According to a news release, police found Derrick Perez Douglas in the 3100 block of Mercer University Drive. He is charged with once count of burglary.
