Man Arrested, Accused of Trying to Rape Former Neighbor

35-year old Darrell Lowe is in the Bibb County Jail, accused of trying to rape a former neighbor.

Police were called Thursday afternoon to the Autumn Trace Apartments on Rocky Creek Road.· They say Lowe pushed his way into the woman’s apartment and tried to rape her.

Two Macon Police officers found him behind the apartment complex.· Lowe is charged with criminal attempt to commit rape and burglary.
