Man accused in pizza delivery shootings sentenced to 35 years for violating probation
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The man accused in shooting two pizza delivery drivers is facing prison time for a separate crime.
On Wednesday, a Macon-Bibb County judge ruled Jacob Elijah Miller, 20, violated probation from a prior incident. In 2015, Miller started a riot in a youth detention center 2015.
Charges are still pending against Miller in the shootings and armed robberies on December 22, 2016 of Duncan Siror and on December 26, 2016 of Brooklyn Rouse. He is innocent until being found guilty in a court of law.
Miller will face 35 years in prison because of his probation violation.
