Macon woman arrested for using stolen credit cards
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman accused of using credit cards stolen from a car.
According to a news release, 39-year-old Sherrie Griffin is charged with financial transaction card theft and financial transaction card fraud.
On October 11, a suspect broke into a car at Martha Bowman Church on Bowman Road and stole a purse. Credit cards from that purse were used at a nearby Walgreens and Walmart.
Griffin is being held in the Bibb County jail.
