Macon Welcomes New Aldi Grocery Store

Aldi grocery store opened its doors today. The store features discount prices for what employees say are quality products. Aldi also prides itself on being environmentally friendly.

The store does have plastic bags available for 11 cents each, but workers encourage shoppers to bring their own bags or boxes. This is the first branch of the national chain to open in Middle Georgia.
