Macon Touchdown Club Players of the Week: Week Two
Three student-athletes shined under the lights in Macon for Week two of the high school football season
MACON, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – Week two was filled with memorable highlights from all over Macon. Here are the three players that stood out to the Macon Touchdown Club.
Orthogeorgia back of the week: ACE Senior Runningback Bryson Vincent, who had 23 carries for 132 yards, and three touchdowns in the Gryphons 35-0 win over Central.
Orthogeorgia lineman of the week: Tattnall Square Academy Senior Linebacker Blanton Jesup, who recorded seven tackles, including two for a loss, and two sacks, in the Trojans 28-6 loss to St. Anne Pacelli.
Orthogeorgia special teams player of the week: Mount De Sales Senior Kicker/Punter Landon Frawley, who 42 yards a punt, was three for three for touchbacks on kickoffs, and added a 40 yard field goal, in the Cavaliers 41-10 loss to Deerfield-Windsor.
