Macon Teen in Critical Condition After Friday Evening Shooting

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A Macon teen is in the hospital in critical condition after a Friday evening shooting, according to Sergeant Melanie Hofmann.

It happened on Cleveland Street, off Houston Avenue, around 5:45 pm.

Hofmann tells us investigators are still trying to determine the circumstances of the shooting. To her knowledge, the teen was the only one shot during the incident.
