Macon Start-Up Week kicks off with free entrepreneurship workshops

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- Spark Macon kicks off “Macon Start-up Week.”
Macon Start-Up Week is a free, five-day celebration to build momentum and opportunity around entrepreneurship.

Spark Macon chairman Andrew Eck says this weekly event gives entrepreneurs a way to connect with other entrepreneurs, regardless of what stage their idea or business is in.

“It’s crucial for entrepreneurs to know the resources that are available,” Eck said. “They need to know who to talk to. And how to get a business license, and what accountants to talk with.”
