Macon Police Arrest Suspect During Burglary

Macon Police responded early Saturday evening to a home burglary in progress at 2462 Napier Avenue and found 40 year-old Kenneth Wilson of Blackmon Avenue in the driveway carrying several stolen items.

After being handcuffed and advised of his Miranda rights, the suspect admitted he had removed the stolen items from the garage in the back of the home.

A warrant check revealed Wilson had 21 prior arrests, most for burglary in the past 10 ten years. Wilson was transported to the Bibb County LEC and charged with burglary.
