Macon Police Arrest Man Wanted for Murder in Philadelphia

A man wanted for murder in Philadelphia is arrested in Macon. Carl Smith was on a bus coming from Savannah Tuesday when Philadelphia Police alerted Macon Police, saying Smith could possibly be on his way through Macon. When officers saw Smith at the Greyhound Station, he gave them a false name and a bus ticket with the same false name on it. Smith finally identified himself, and he is now being held in the Bibb County L.E.C.
