Macon Periods Easier to host prom

Attendees are encouraged to dress in formal prom attire and bring a donation of a menstrual product.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon Periods Easier will be hosting prom in efforts to raise funds to end period poverty in Middle Georgia.

MPE Prom will be April 25 from 6p.m. to 9 p.m. at JBA. Attendees are encouraged to dress in formal prom attire and bring a donation of a menstrual product.

There will be specialty cocktails, a silent auction, prom royalty, photo opportunities, music and dancing.

Tickets are on sale for $5.
