Macon Pawn Shop closing after 100 plus years of business

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- Arvin’s Pawn Shop in Macon is closing after being in business for more than 100 years.

Alan Goldman, the president of Arvin’s incorporated says that he expects their last day to be around march 1st. “I’ve enjoyed living in Macon and enjoyed my life here which I’ve been here most of my life and just enjoyed being a part of the Macon community” said Goldman.

for the next few weeks, they’re having a big sale, and Goldman says everything must go.
