Macon Music Half Marathon set for this weekend

Registration is $80 which covers the race, food, and a shirt. 

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The 2nd annual Macon Music Half Marathon is set to take place at Carolyn Crayton Park.

The event is November 16 at 8 a.m. The half marathon will take attendees by important Macon locations, including the Grand Opera House, the Big House, Little Richard’s home, Capricorn Studios, Otis Redding Foundation, and Mercer’s McDuffie Center for Strings.

President of Macon Tracks, FM Barron, says there will also be new attractions on the course. There will also be live music along the course for attendees to enjoy.

The half marathon will end at Luther Williams Field.
