Macon man found dead in his pool after drowning

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A 51-year-old Macon man drowned in his pool Sunday afternoon.

The Bibb County Coroner’s Office said Jessie Johnson went outside to do some yard work. His wife found him about an hour later fully clothed in the pool.

Chief Deputy Coroner Lonnie Miley believes it was an accident. An autopsy will be performed.
