Macon Man Arrested in Tuesday Night Shooting

aggravated assaultMACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Police arrested a Macon man for shooting a person in the knee.

A news release from the Macon Police Department says the shooting happened around 9:15 Tuesday night in the 700 block of Central Avenue.

Witnesses told precinct two officers 28-year-old Jermarr Terrance Paulding shot JosQuan Stubbs in the knee. The two were arguing in the street.

Officers arrested Paulding and transported him to the Bibb County LEC. Paulding is charged with aggravated assault and is still in jail.
