Macon man arrested after breaking into iStorage on Key Street

Deputies responded to a call at 7:07 p.m. on April 27 that came into the Macon-Bibb Emergency 911 Center.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A man was arrested Sunday after breaking into iStorage in Macon, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to a call at 7:07 p.m. on April 27 that came into the Macon-Bibb Emergency 911 Center. The incident occurred at iStorage, located at 915 Key St.

Witnesses reported seeing a man break the glass at the front of the business and force his way inside. When deputies arrived, the suspect was still inside and was taken into custody.

The man was identified as 59-year-old Terry Lynch Womack Sr. Womack was charged with felony burglary and is also wanted in Bibb County for felony theft by deception. He is being held without bond.
