Macon gas station robbed for second time in less than a month

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – For the second time in almost as many weeks, the Village Market on Old Clinton Road fell victim to an armed robbery.

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says a man entered the store Saturday around 9:30 a.m.

He had a gun and demanded the clerk give him money.

After taking cash, the suspect ran away.

The same store was robbed at gunpoint on Nov. 30.
