Macon Flea Market Personal Robbery
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is looking for two suspects involved in a personal armed robbery Saturday night in the parking lot of the Macon Flea Market. At around 9:30, two employees at a barbershop inside the flea market were exiting the building when they were approached by two men in ski masks carrying long barrel shot guns.
The suspects demanded money and hit one employee over the head. Both employees have been released and only one received minor injuries.
The suspects were described as being black males about 5 feet, 5 inches in height. One was wearing a white ski mask and white t-shirt while the other had a black ski mask and dark clothing.
Both suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash and a laptop computer.
