Macon Dept. Heads Could Face Fine If Over Budget

MACON, Georgia (41 NBC/WMGT) – The City of Macon may charge some of its leaders for their mistakes. Macon Department Heads who go over budget could have to dish out $500.00

During mid-year financial reviews, City Council President, James Timley, brought up the rule that fines department heads who go over budget in a line item.
