Macon Council and Mayor Sworn into Office

The newest group to set the political vision for the city of Maconwas sworn in at city hall as council members stepped into office.

Only two out of the 15 seats changed leaders. Henry Gibson will take over Ward 2, Post 2, formerly held by Mike Cranford and Beverly Olson will replace Jaime Kaplan in the Ward 5, Post 3 seat. The new members look forward to bringing fresh insight to the council.
