Macon Charter Academy hires a new principal

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Renaissance School Services, the turnaround firm Macon Charter Academy hired to help get the school off state-issued probation, hired Tahisha Edwards as the school’s new principal.

Also at Monday’s meeting, the board says it plans to appoint three new members.  Next month’s goal includes bringing its academics up and getting students back enrolled.
