UPDATE: Macon-Bibb mayoral race set for runoff election

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) -Unofficial elections results show a runoff election between Cliffard Whitby and Lester Miller will decide Macon’s next mayor.

According to the Macon-Bibb Board of Elections, Lester Miller received 16,511 votes and Cliffard Whitby received 10,456.

The Board of Elections will certify the final count tomorrow, making the count official.
