Macon-Bibb Firefighters battle late night fire at warehouse
When firefighters arrived at the old Martin's Tack & Feed located at the corner of 6th Street and Bay Street, the top floor of the building was on fire.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Firefighters with the Macon-Bibb Fire Department were called to an old warehouse on fire in downtown Macon on Wednesday night.
When firefighters arrived at the old Martin’s Tack & Feed located at the corner of Sixth and Bay Street, the top floor of the building was on fire.
After 41NBC’s Monica Diaz-Meek arrived on scene, a total of five fire trucks, one ambulance and a Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputy patrol car were called out to the incident.
There are no reports of injuries at this time, and no word on if the fire was set intentionally.
One firefighter who battled the blaze says the fire is under investigation.
