Local Pastor Giving Out Free Tickets for Mercer Women’s Basketball Game

MACON, Georgia – National Girls and Women in Sports Day is Thursday, and you can celebrate with the Mercer Lady Bears by cheering them on for free!

Pastor Tony Lowden with Macon’s Stone Academy has 600 free tickets for Thursday night’s game against Northern Kentucky.

He’s encouraging women of all ages to come out and celebrate their role in the sports world and the Mercer athletes.

“Anyone is welcome, but we want to pack the place up with ladies. There’s going to be a lot of special events that’s going to take place at the game for young ladies and young girls,” said Lowden.
