Local Museum is New Home to Historic Jet

A piece of history has made its way to the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins.  An F100 fighter jet flown by General Rick Goddard during the Vietnam War comes to the museum from Massachusetts, where it was on display for more than twenty years.  General Goddard flew the jet in a 180 combat missions.

The jet will have to be reassembled, which will take about a month.  It will then go on display.
