Local Ice Cream Truck Brings Sweet Treats as Summer Winds Down

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) –As school resumes across the state, summer still has a few weeks left, and a local ice cream truck is making sure everyone can enjoy a sweet treat before the season officially ends. Scream-A-Cream Ice Cream Truck offers a variety of over 20 ice cream options, such as classic favorites like strawberry shortcake, fun character ice cream, and ice cream sandwiches. 

Anna Bender- English, co-owner of Scream-A-Cream Ice Cream Truck, emphasizes this ice cream truck isn’t just for kids, “We have a lot of the vintage ice cream choices on this truck, a lot of the adults run behind the truck just like the kids. So, it keeps a smile on the kid’s face and the adult’s face,” Anna states.

Scream-A-Cream Ice Cream Truck is out daily all year-round weather permitting.  Anna travels throughout Macon and the surrounding cities to bring her sweet treats to the community. Ice cream prices range from $2 to $6.
