Local gas station robbed, suspect flees scene on foot

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County deputies are searching for the suspect who took an undisclosed amount of money from the Circle K convenience store on 15 Spring Street just before 4:30 a.m.

According to a news release, the man entered the store demanding money, and told the clerk he was armed. 

Once the robber received the cash, he took off running toward Riverside Drive. 

The suspect was last seen wearing a zip-up hoodie, black and white tennis shoes, with a blue bandanna covering his mouth and nose.
