Kroger gives away free classroom supplies for Macon teachers

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Kroger is showing support for teachers in the Macon area, by giving away free classroom supplies valued at more than $20,000.

The giveaway is Tuesday, July 21st from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Macon Centreplex.

Educators will need to bring a valid Georgia teacher ID to receive up to $40 in free supplies. Some classroom supplies include: copy paper, construction paper, markers, Scotch tape, disinfectant wipes, and sandwich bags.

Supplies will be given away on a first come, first serve basis.
