KJGX Dual-Pol Upgrade

In twenty days, the Warner Robins Air Force Base radar will undergo a BIG upgrade!

This upgrade is known as Dual-Polarization, or dual-pol, and it consists of a whopping FOURTEEN new radar products!

Unfortunately, this means that the base’s radar (KJGX) will be out of commission from February 27 through March 11. The bright side is that these new radar products will help the National Weather Service and the broadcast meteorologists you watch every day serve you!
