Kids Yule Love Helping Furloughed Employees

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The organization Kids Yule Love is changing things around a bit, supporting those who’ve supported them.

Officials from the non-profit announced they’ll be helping furloughed employees both from Robins Air Force Base and also Bibb County school employees.

The organization provides Christmas gifts to those less fortunate throughout middle Georgia.

Kids Yule Love PR director Chris Allen says it’s time to help the community that’s given so much to them.

“Even getting furloughed for six days, that’s still a weeks pay lost. So Kids Yule wants to step in with the mayor of Warner Robins and the wonderful city of Warner Robins who’ve always been incredible contributors and help these people help the ones they’ve been taking care of for so long, people who actually can’t help themselves,” Allen said.

The applications for Kids Yule Love will be Thursday, September 12th at the Bloomfield Recreation Center and the Recreation Department on Watson Blvd from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the afternoon.
