‘Kid Boss Holiday Market’ a success for young entrepreneurs
Students turned their passion into profit by becoming entrepreneurs for the day.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Achieve Academy in Warner Robins held its annual “Bored to Boss” entrepreneurship program on Friday.
Students turned their passion into profit by becoming entrepreneurs for the day. The program focuses on providing high-quality educational programs for students.
At the “Kid Boss Holiday Market,” students each came up with a product or service to sell. They sold all kinds of goodies, from donuts and vegetables to cosmetics and jewelry.
One young student even created his own special seasoning and sauce. His mom, LaShonda Hiley, says the program is teaching her son skills he will use for the rest of his life.
“It is teaching him skills like entrepreneurship, leadership, and teaching him how to be independent, how to do things on his own,” Hiley said.
The program has been a huge success, with students learning valuable business skills while having fun and making a profit. Achieve Academy is an independent school dedicated to providing high quality education programs to its students.
