Keeping Organized: Get all of those photos in one place
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Some people have photographs spilling out from closets, drawers, attics… you name it. Now, how do you get all of that together into one place? Andi Willis is back to guide you along perfectly organized.
First step is to get everything together. Photos can become scattered all over the house, or spread about several decades worth of photo albums. Andi says it doesn’t matter what kind of photo they are, or where they were; just as long as they’re all in one place so you know what you’re dealing with.
Next step is to make a “guesstimate” on how many photos you actually have. A good rule of thumb that Andi uses is one-inch on the ruler usually equals about 100 pictures. Once you know around how much you have, you can budget properly and prepare exactly what you need.
Next time, Andi continues her process on organizing the family photos with a turn toward the digital.
