Jones County man dies in single vehicle car accident

JONES COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A man has died following a single vehicle car accident that occurred on Highway 18 near Upper River Road Friday morning.

An investigator told 41NBC that 49-year-old Larry Woodard drove his vehicle off of the road and into a ditch. There were no other passengers inside with him.

The investigator says they don’t know what caused the crash at this time.
