Johnson County teacher, coach charged with improper sexual conduct with student

Charles Beale, a high school coach and educator, was arrested by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office and charged with twenty counts of improper sexual conduct with a student.

JOHNSON COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Johnson County teacher and coach was arrested on Saturday for improper sexual conduct with a student, according to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.

Charles Beale, a high school coach and educator, was arrested by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office and charged with twenty counts of improper sexual conduct with a student.

According to the press release, the  Johnson County Sheriff’s Office received information about Beale on November 15. Deputies issued an arrest warrant after gathering evidence on Friday night and Saturday. 

Beale was taken into custody and taken to the Johnson County Jail. Deputies determined the allegation began in August 2024 and lasted through November 2024. At the time of his arrest, Beale was an employee at the Johnson County Board of Education.
