Dr. Jill Biden visits Macon to campaign for husband Joe Biden

Dr. Jill Biden makes an appearance at Tubman Museum is Macon to campaign for her husband and Presidential candidate Joe Biden.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) -– Former second lady Dr. Jill Biden made a stop in Macon Monday to drum up support for her husband, Joe Biden. 

The campaign event — with “Georgia Women for Biden” — took place in front of the Tubman Museum. 

Dr. Biden spoke about her husband’s plan for healthcare and the COVID-19 pandemic before heading on to Savannah. 

“A president for all Americans, someone who makes us proud and brings out the best in us,” Dr. Biden declared. “That’s the future I want, and what about you? Don’t you want that same thing?”

Former Vice President Joe Biden will be in the peach state Monday. He also made stops in Warm Springs and Atlanta.
