I’ll take 50 Degrees over 5 Any Day
OK Middle Georgia, I thought it was cold this morning when I woke up until I checked in with my friends and family back home in
There have been multiple snow storms this winter, but school hasn’t been cancelled….until today. However, snow isn’t the issue, it’s the cold weather! School leaders were afraid the busses wouldn’t start so kids get a three day weekend (this is VERY rare). It’s also the best kind of snow day. You’re not stuck at home because of the snow; you can actually head out to spend the day with friends (as long as you bundle up). A friend up a little more north of my home, in Minnesota, posted a picture on facebook she saw on her local news station of a frozen squirrel…..no joke! Meteorologist Michael Estimé said his friend up north was playing the game when you throw a boiling pot of water in the air and it turns into snow. If you haven’t seen this, check out YouTube.
My point in telling you all this, is to be thankful that we aren’t suffering in single-digit temperatures for our high. Sure, it may be cold, but I think we can handle it!
