Hurricane Florence strengthens to Category 4

Hurricane Florence has intensified today to a Category 4 storm. Winds are now sustained at 130 mph. Models continue to vary about the track of the storm past day 5 of the forecast, but it is possible that the storm could become a threat to the United States.
