The city of Warner Robins surplus auction this Saturday features 719 items. Over 40 cars, street signs, equipment, clothes and are all up for grabs.
“You would really be surprise, there are so many people out there that love to buy these things,” said Warner Robins procurement mananger Kim Demoonie, “and decorate their garages or their yard or something like that.”
The last auction, the city made $48,000 and Demoonie doesn’t expect this year to be any different.
“The cars will do good,” Demoonie said, “we have these collectible Nascar things. I think those will be a good selling item. The jewelry is always a good selling item.”
