Houston County Murder Trial Set for Next Week

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) -The trial for the man accused of shooting and killing a Warner Robins store owner is scheduled for next week.

Jermontae Arte Moss is charged with murder in the death of Jose Marin. Moss is accused of shooting the owner of Marin Mexican food in the leg during an apparent robbery.

Jury selection will begin October 22.
