Perry High School students can test out their culinary skills and receive recognition for their hard work come graduation.
The school’s culinary program recently received industry certification which will allow each graduate the opportunity to become a Junior Culinarian through the American Culinary Federation.
“What we teach here in high school in culinary arts aligns with what they would be learning at a culinary college,” says Culinary Teacher Crystal Quick.
