House Vandalized with Racial Slurs

A house in the Bloomfield neighborhood was targeted by vandals overnight.

The vandals spray-painted racial slurs like ‘”N-word” Lovers’ across the front and sides of the house. 

The victims boat was also painted with lines up and down the sides.

Neighbors say the entire neighborhood has been victim to a rash of recent crimes over the past 2-3 weeks.

One neighbor we spoke to said she used to keep her doors open during the day and sit outside, but all the crime has made her lock her doors even while she is at home. 

There is no word yet from Macon police on a motive or a suspect.
