Home dedication held for four Macon Area Habitat for Humanity homes

Macon-Bibb Mayor Lester Miller handed over keys to new homeowners Thursday.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon-Bibb Mayor Lester Miller handed over keys to new homeowners Thursday.

These four houses sit on land that was cleared out in Phase 1 of the blight fight.

Several local non–profits and businesses helped fund construction, including Macon-Area Habitat for Humanity and the Peyton Anderson Foundation.

Mayor Lester Miller says making room for these new homes is what the blight fight is all about.
