(CNN)- Netflix has already renewed the hit series Wednesday for a third season, even before the second season has premiered. Jenna Ortega will reprise her role as Wednesday Addams when the first part of season two debuts on August 6th, with the second half following on September 3rd.

Meanwhile, Hulu has announced the return of the Emmy-winning mystery-comedy Only Murders in the Building for its fifth season. The new episodes will premiere on September 9th with three episodes released at once, followed by weekly installments.

In other entertainment news, the documentary From Rails to Trails, narrated by Edward Norton, highlights the grassroots movement that has converted over 26,000 miles of abandoned railroad corridors into public walking, biking, and recreational trails over the past six decades. The film is set to debut on October 15th on public television stations and PBS.org.
