(CNN)- Leslie Odom Jr. is making a highly anticipated return to Hamilton. The Tony Award-winning actor will reprise his iconic role as Aaron Burr from September 9 through November 23 at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, where the groundbreaking musical first opened nearly a decade ago and continues to play to packed audiences.

Joaquin Phoenix is reuniting with Beau Is Afraid director Ari Aster for a mysterious new thriller, Eddington. Set in a small New Mexico town during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, the film delves into crises and conspiracies. A24 just dropped the first teaser, and the movie is set to hit theaters on July 18.

Also making headlines is the release of the full trailer for Another Simple Favor, the follow-up to the stylish 2018 mystery-comedy. Allison Janney joins returning stars Anna Kendrick, Blake Lively, and Henry Golding in the killer sequel, which premieres May 1 on Prime Video.
