HIGHLIGHTS: Peach County sweeps series with Howard with 11-5 win

The Peach County Trojans grabbed their 11th win of the seasons so far with a win over Howard 11-5

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Peach County Baseball took care of Howard for the third straight game to sweep the series against the Huskies.

They beat Howard Monday 11-5 to improve to 11-2 on the season.

After going up 3-0 in the top of the first, and allowing one run in the bottom of the first, the Trojans scored seven runs in the top of the second to take over the game and never look back.

Peach County will play Southwest Wednesday at 6 p.m. while Howard will start their series with West Laurens Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in Dexter.
