Mercer Baseball moves to 6-12 in SOCON play

MACON, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – The Mercer Bears Baseball team opened up their final regular season series with a SOCON battle with The Citadel.

Parker Lester’s two run home run propelled the Bears to a 3-2 victory over the Bulldogs.

Game two of this series is scheduled for Friday at 6 pm, pending weather.
